Attendance Sheets and Forms
for 2013

Due to the popularity of the monthly attendance templates and feedback received, I am pleased to offer the following templates covering the whole of the calendar year for 2013.

Each template includes 12 sheets, one for each calendar month and allow for a maximum capacity of 30 student names to be recorded for each month.

Each sheet for each month is formatted to print on a single piece of A4.

Amendable:

The template can be amended using the program it was created in.

Statistics:

The MS Excel template has been designed to automatically calculate some simple statistics for each student, class and month.
